Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, businesses, and high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs).
- Understand clients’ financial needs and offer suitable products and services.
- Provide personalized banking services to increase client retention and loyalty.
- Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the bank’s client base.
- Drive sales of banking products, including loans, deposits, and investment services.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business trends.
- Sales Targets:
- Achieve sales targets by closing new business deals and expanding client portfolios.
- Promote cross-selling of banking services to maximize revenue.
- Client Advisory:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of queries.
- Offer financial advice to help clients manage their finances and grow their businesses.
- Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure all activities comply with the bank’s policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare reports on client progress, sales performance, and market trends.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams such as Operations, Risk, and Product Development to deliver the best possible service to clients.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for continuous business growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in Business, Finance, or Marketing.
- Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) or relevant certifications in Banking or Financial Services would be an advantage.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or relationship management within the banking or financial services sector.
- Previous experience in managing large portfolios and dealing with corporate clients is desirable.
