Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, businesses, and high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs).
    • Understand clients’ financial needs and offer suitable products and services.
    • Provide personalized banking services to increase client retention and loyalty.
  2. Business Development:
    • Identify new business opportunities and expand the bank’s client base.
    • Drive sales of banking products, including loans, deposits, and investment services.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business trends.
  3. Sales Targets:
    • Achieve sales targets by closing new business deals and expanding client portfolios.
    • Promote cross-selling of banking services to maximize revenue.
  4. Client Advisory:
    • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of queries.
    • Offer financial advice to help clients manage their finances and grow their businesses.
  5. Compliance & Reporting:

Required Skills & Qualifications

  1. Educational Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in Business, Finance, or Marketing.
    • Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) or relevant certifications in Banking or Financial Services would be an advantage.
  2. Experience:
    • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or relationship management within the banking or financial services sector.
    • Previous experience in managing large portfolios and dealing with corporate clients is desirable.
