Job Responsibilities
The Compensation and Benefits roles involve handling a variety of HR-related tasks, each with different levels of responsibility based on the position.
Team Member:
As a Team Member, you’ll support the day-to-day HR operations, focusing on Compensation and Benefits. Your main tasks will include:
- Managing simple and medium HR transactions like processing offers, relocation requests, and compensation letters.
- Communicating with various internal and external partners to make sure everything runs smoothly.
- Understanding and explaining the compensation benefits available to employees and how they apply to their roles.
- Using HR systems like SuccessFactors and SAP to process information and ensure accuracy.
If you have 1-2 years of experience in HR operations and know how to use MS Office and HR systems like SuccessFactors and SAP, this role may be a good fit for you.
Senior Team Member:
As a Senior Team Member, you’ll take on more responsibility, managing the more complex aspects of Compensation and Benefits. Your duties will include:
- Administering employee compensation and benefits, including processing offers and relocation requests.
- Leading the daily operations and collaborating with internal teams to keep things moving smoothly.
- Understanding the details of compensation benefits and making sure employees are informed about what they’re eligible for.
- Reviewing and ensuring the quality of HR transactions, and training newer associates to improve their performance.
If you have 2-5 years of experience in HR operations, particularly in Benefits administration, and have experience checking the quality of transactions and training others, this could be the ideal role for you. Knowledge of SuccessFactors and SAP is essential.
