Eligibility Criteria
Assistant Manager (Finance)
- Educational Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in fields such as banking, GST/income tax, accounts preparation, auditing, tendering processes, or bill passing.
Section Officer (Finance)
- Educational Qualification: CA (Inter), ICMA (Inter), M.Com, or MBA (Finance)
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
Assistant Manager (HR)
- Educational Qualification: MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM/PGDM/PGDHRM or equivalent with a specialization in HR/Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/Labour Welfare.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in HR management, development, labor legislation, salary administration, or legal matters. Preference will be given to candidates with SAP HR module experience.

Job Responsibilities
Assistant Manager (Finance)
- Handling GST, income tax, and financial auditing.
- Preparation of accounts and financial statements.
- Overseeing tendering and bill-passing procedures.
Section Officer (Finance)
- Assisting in financial operations and reporting.
- Supporting compliance with financial regulations.
Assistant Manager (HR)
- Managing HR development, labor legislation, and disciplinary matters.
- Administering wages, salaries, and performance management systems.
- Supporting SAP HR module operations and maintaining HR dashboards.

- The test will have 125 objective-type questions for a duration of 2.5 hours. No negative marking applies.
