The age and work experience required as of December 1, 2024, are:
- Junior Management Grade Scale-I (Assistant Manager): Age range 20–30 years, no prior experience necessary.
- Middle Management Grade Scale-II (Manager): Age range 23–35 years, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in an officer-level position.
- Middle Management Grade Scale-III (Senior Manager): Age range 26–35 years, with at least 6 years of experience in an officer-level role.
Contractual Roles
- Cybersecurity Specialist: Maximum age 50 years, with a minimum of 6 years of professional experience in cybersecurity at the officer level.

Regular Roles
Assistant Manager (IT)
- Duties: Monitoring IT systems, middleware, and providing infrastructure support.
- Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech. or Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
- Experience: Freshers preferred, though experience in IT or banking is advantageous.
Manager IT (Payment Platforms)
- Responsibilities: Overseeing NEFT, RTGS, UPI applications, ensuring SLA compliance, and adhering to regulations.
- Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech. or Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 3 years in IT operations, preferably in banking.
Manager IT (Infrastructure & Networking)
- Duties: Handling IT infrastructure, virtualization, and network security frameworks.
- Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech. or Master’s in IT or Computer Science.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in IT, preferably in banking.
Manager IT (Enterprise Data Management)
- Tasks: Managing data warehouses, ETL processes, and curation of enterprise data.
