The Inside Sales position at Datamatics is an integral part of our sales and marketing team. This is a lead-generation-focused role where you will play a crucial part in identifying, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities across multiple geographies and Lines of Services (LOS). Key Responsibilities
As an Inside Sales professional, you will:
- Generate Qualified Leads
- Leverage in-depth research on geography, industry, and products to identify potential clients.
- Conduct competitor analysis to pinpoint opportunities for Datamatics in focused verticals.
- Utilize web platforms and social media to source high-quality leads.
- Facilitate Meetings for Sales Personnel
- Schedule and set up qualified meetings for the sales team.
- Provide them with detailed insights and relevant information collected during the lead-generation process.
- Create Sales Collaterals
- Support the preparation of impactful sales materials to enhance client engagement.
- Run Campaigns
- Activate and manage communication campaigns using various mediums, including email, phone, and events.
- Stay Updated on Market Trends
- Monitor market developments and competitor trends to refine lead-targeting strategies.
- Foster Relationships
- Build lasting relationships with clients by following up persistently and maintaining clear communication.
- Identify verbal and non-verbal cues to optimize engagement with prospects.
- Maintain Databases
- Create and update a database of leads for future reference and strategic use.

You’ll be aligned with one or more of Datamatics’ four Lines of Services:
- Intelligent Automation: Solutions like Trubot and Trucap (RPA and IDP Solutions).
- Customer Management and Research and Analytics: Contact Centers, Market Research, Big Data, and Generative AI.
- IT Services: Includes Hyper Automation, Cloud Solutions, Salesforce COE, and more.
- Finance and Accounting Services: CFO Back-office functions like Accounts Payable, Order to Cash, Reconciliation, etc.
What You Bring to the Table
Education & Experience
- Any graduate with 2+ years of experience in B2B prospecting and lead generation.
Essential Skills
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are non-negotiable.
- Interpersonal Abilities: Build rapport quickly and foster strong professional relationships.
- Positive Attitude: A “go-getter” approach with a zeal to excel.
- Social Media Savviness: Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other platforms is a bonus.
Familiarity with Tools
- Experience with CRM tools like Hubspot, data platforms like Zoom Info or Seamless.AI, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is highly advantageous.
Work Environment & Location
This position is based in Mumbai, Pune, or Bangalore. Currently, the role operates in a hybrid model, but from a long-term perspective, reporting to the office will be required. Preference will be given to candidates from these cities.
- For the first 30 days, you will need to work on-site from the Mumbai office to complete training and orientation.
Shift Timings
This role requires flexibility as you will work with international clients.
- US Shift: 5:30 PM–2:30 AM or 6:30 PM–3:30 AM.
- Europe Shift: 12:00 PM–9:00 PM.
