Eligibility Criteria

Assistant Manager (Finance)

  • Educational Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in fields such as banking, GST/income tax, accounts preparation, auditing, tendering processes, or bill passing.

Section Officer (Finance)

  • Educational Qualification: CA (Inter), ICMA (Inter), M.Com, or MBA (Finance)
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.

Assistant Manager (HR)

  • Educational Qualification: MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM/PGDM/PGDHRM or equivalent with a specialization in HR/Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/Labour Welfare.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in HR management, development, labor legislation, salary administration, or legal matters. Preference will be given to candidates with SAP HR module experience.

Job Responsibilities

Assistant Manager (Finance)

  • Handling GST, income tax, and financial auditing.
  • Preparation of accounts and financial statements.
  • Overseeing tendering and bill-passing procedures.

Section Officer (Finance)

  • Assisting in financial operations and reporting.
  • Supporting compliance with financial regulations.

Assistant Manager (HR)

  • Managing HR development, labor legislation, and disciplinary matters.
  • Administering wages, salaries, and performance management systems.
  • Supporting SAP HR module operations and maintaining HR dashboards.

Selection Process

  1. Written Test:
    • Weightage: 60%
    • The test will have 125 objective-type questions for a duration of 2.5 hours. No negative marking applies.
    • Minimum Qualifying Marks:
      • 50% for UR/EWS candidates
      • 45% for SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/PwBD candidates
  2. Interview:
    • Weightage: 40%
      • Technical Proficiency: 30%
      • Personality, Communication & Competency: 10%
