Role Overview
As a Delivery Excellence Manager, the selected candidate will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing TCS’s quality standards. The position demands strong expertise in delivery and operational excellence, particularly within the Finance and Accounting Outsourcing (FAO) domain. Candidates should be adept at driving best practices, ensuring compliance with quality management systems, and promoting continuous improvement across various accounts.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience:
- Minimum 6-10 years of experience in Delivery Excellence or Operational Excellence roles.
- At least 3 years of active practice as a Six Sigma Black Belt-certified professional.
- Education and Certification:
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Management or equivalent is mandatory.
- Six Sigma Black Belt Certification is a must.
- Added advantage for candidates with experience in:
- ISO 27001
- ISO 20000
- ISO 9001:2015
- CMMI
Desired Skills and Knowledge Areas
- Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma and Project Management related to Process Improvement (PI).
- Basic understanding of Total Quality Management (TQM) and Transactional Quality Management.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation.
Job Responsibilities
- Deployment and Assessment of Quality Management Systems:
- Facilitate the implementation and periodic assessment of TCS’s integrated Quality Management System (iQMS).
- Ensure alignment with ISO standards and CMMI SVC practices.
- Continuous Improvement Initiatives:
- Drive the sharing of best practices among assigned accounts.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational processes.
- Client Satisfaction:
- Focus on achieving best-in-class client satisfaction ratings through Delivery Excellence initiatives.
- Collaborate with teams to implement strategies that enhance client deliverables.
- Independent Work:
- Exhibit the ability to work hands-on and independently with limited supervision.
- Take ownership of projects and deliver results that align with organizational goals.
- Problem Solving and Analytical Thinking:
