Eligibility Criteria:

  • Age Limit (as on 01.01.2025):
    • Minimum age: 21 years
    • Maximum age: 30 years
    • Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST/OBC/PH candidates (maximum age 35 years).
  • Educational Qualification (as on 01.01.2025):
    • Minimum: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate.
    • SC/ST/OBC/PH Candidates: Minimum of 45% marks in aggregate.
    • Computer Literacy: Knowledge of computers (including spreadsheets, word processing, emails, etc.) is essential. Preferably, candidates should possess a certificate or diploma in computer operations.
    • Language Requirement: Proficiency in Khasi or Garo is mandatory. Candidates should have passed either of these languages during their Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) or equivalent examination.   • General Candidates: ₹400 (Rupees four hundred only)
  • SC/ST/OBC/PH Candidates: ₹300 (Rupees three hundred only)
  • Payment Method: The application fee must be paid online via NEFT, IMPS, or online transfer to the Bank’s account. The application fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Selection Process:

  1. Written Test:
    The written test will consist of objective type questions in the following areas:

  2. Interview:

Probation Period and Salary:

  • Probation Period: 12 months (extendable at the discretion of the Bank)
  • Initial Salary: Basic pay of ₹45,114 per month, along with admissible Dearness Allowance (DA).
  • After Probation: Upon successful completion of probation and training, candidates will be absorbed into the Bank’s services, and entitled to other allowances and benefits as per the Staff Rules.
